LISBON -- Graveside services for Donald R. Parmeter, age 76, of Lisbon, NY, will be held on Tuesday June 18th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.

The Union Cemetery in Waddington with Deacon Mark Lalonde Officiating.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service, at Frary Funeral Home.

Mr. Parmeter passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.
