OGDENSBURG -- Three people were charged following a traffic stop on Ford Street July 16, according to city police.
Kenneth J. Snyder, 22, Ogdensburg, was cited for inadequate exhaust at 11:13 p.m.
Andrew W. Mason Jr., 28, Ogdensburg was charged with tampering with physical evidence, felony, improper plates and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 11:06 p.m., police said.
Jessie L. Young, 36, Ogdensburg, was cited for tampering with physical evidence, felony, at 11:06 p.m., police said.
All three were cited and released, police said.
