POTSDAM — Cinema 10 continues the Spring 2024 season on Monday March 18th with a screening of The Taste of Things / La passion de Dodin Bouffant, a 2023 film directed by Anh Hung Tran, at 7:15 p.m. at the Roxy in Potsdam.
What happens when two people in love pour their hearts into the dishes they cook?
Eugénie has been working for Dodin for over twenty years; the feelings they develop for each other enrich the food they craft in The Taste of Things, a “scantly plotted but utterly captivating love story.” (Guy Lodge, Variety).
Winner of the Cannes Film Festival’s Best Director Award in 2023, this delicious and mouthwatering story showcases “food as a vehicle for pleasure". (Robbie Collin, The Telegraph).
The Taste of Things runs 145 minutes and is rated PG-13 for some sensuality, partial nudity, and smoking.
General Admission is $6.50 for individual and $55 for season tickets.
Students and Senior Citizens tickets are $5.50 for individual and $45 for season tickets.
Season tickets are sharable.
