SOUTH COLTON – Arrangements for Charles E. “Chuck” Farrell, 79, a resident of the Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Elizabethtown, NY and formerly of South Colton, are incomplete at this time with the Buck Funeral Home in Colton.  Mr. Farrell passed away Friday afternoon at the Essex Center.  A complete obituary will be available when finalized.  The Buck Funeral Home is serving the family of Charles E. “Chuck” Farrell.
