CHAIR YOGA THURSDAYS IN OGDENSBURG

Chair Yoga is on Thursdays at 10:00 – 10:45 AM and 5:45 – 6:30 PM @ Julie’s Dance Studio. Pre-registration is required: maplecityyoga.offeringtree.com. Or email Mari@maplecityyoga.com. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga. Students perform postures and breathing exercises using the support of a chair. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. Benefits include increased strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility, along with improved circulation and cognition. No prior yoga experience is necessary. ALL PROPS PROVIDED. MODIFICATIONS OFFERED THROUGHOUT THIS ACCESSIBLE YOGA CLASS.
