CANTON – The Linden Law Firm is sponsoring a collection for much-needed items for survivors of Hurricane Helene. Jennifer Linden Fisher, formerly of the North Country, now lives in Huntersville, N.C., where many nearby have limited access to clean water, stable food, and basic necessities.
North Carolina residents need bug spray, Cortisone cream, Kids’ chewable medicines, Benadryl, pet food, small pet items, socks, kids’ books, coloring books and crayons, blankets, disinfecting wipes, body wipes, travel-size toiletries, liquid baby formula, pre-mixed and ready-to-eat, feminine care supplies, and socks and undergarments of all sizes.
Please consider donating and dropping these much-needed items off at Linden Law Firm, 117 Main St., Canton, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call (315) 386-4595 and ask for Margaux to make other arrangements.
The deadline for donations will be Oct. 10.
