CANTON – The Canton Goldenaires barbershop singing group who awarded college scholarships of $400 each to two seniors at Ogdensburg Free Academy.
The two OFA seniors are Dylan Sovie and Nikolas Wells, who will both be furthering their interest in music at college.
The Goldenaires raise all of their scholarship funds with requests for “serenades and singing telegrams,” normally around Valentines Day, at other times as well.
