CANTON — Canton Central School will be fully remote today, Friday, Dec. 11, due to a critical staffing shortage as a result of precautionary quarantine.
“To allay fears, we do not have any positive cases to report,” said CCS Superintendent Ronald Burke.
Students who attend Seaway Tech will attend those classes in-person, he said. Students who attend out-of-district Special Education programs will attend in-person.
Burke said students who attend the English Language Learner program at Lisbon will attend in-person.
The BOCES ABA classrooms housed at Canton will be remote.
