MASSENA — A Brooklyn woman was charged with felonies Thursday stemming from a larceny complaint made to state police April 5.
Kim Y. Franklin, 56, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny at 2:29 a.m., officers said.
The alleged incident was reported to police April 5.
Franklin was ordered held in jail, troopers said.
