OGDENSBURG — North Country Insurance Professionals are sponsoring a bus trip, Saturday, June 1, to The Landmark theater in Syracuse to see SIX, the musical, which tells the story of the six wives of Henry VIII.

What is SIX you say?  Well.... Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived.

From Tudor queens to pop icons, the six wives of Henry VIII take the microphone to remix 500 years of historical heartbreak into a euphoric celebration of 21st century girl power.

SIX is the winner of 23 awards, including the 2022 Tony Award® for Best Original Score (Music and Lyrics) and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical.

The New York Times says SIX “TOTALLY RULES!” (Critics’ Pick) and The Washington Post hails SIX as “Exactly the kind of energizing, inspirational illumination this town aches for!”

The SIX: LIVE ON OPENING NIGHT Broadway album debuted at Number 1 on the Billboard cast album charts and surpassed 6 Million streams in its first month.

Those attending will travel in a luxury coach bus provided by Premier Bus Lines.  

The bus leaves the Save A Lot Parking lot, Canton Street, Ogdensburg, at 9:30 a.m., and goes directly to Spaghetti Warehouse for lunch arriving about 11:30.

The group will depart the Spaghetti Warehouse about 1 p.m. and head over to the Landmark for the 2 p.m. matinee of SIX.

They will depart for Ogdensburg immediately following the performance and arrive back in Ogdensburg about 7:15 p.m.

Cost is $175 per person all inclusive of the bus trip, theater ticket, lunch and all taxes tips and parking.

Lunch selections are spaghetti & meatballs, five-layer lasagne, manicotti, chicken alfredo and ceasar chicken salad. Includes salad, Italian bread and non alcoholic drinks.
