MASSENA — Two men were jailed without bail on drug charges after stimulants and narcotics were seized on Nov. 29, according to village police.
Travis E. Deshane, 43, Massena, and Patrick A. Agpoon, 27, North York, Ontario, were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: Stimulants and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: Narcotic, both felonies, officers said.
Police reportedly seized 40.7 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 10.8 grams of cocaine and $6,015.
Both men were arraigned in Norfolk court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, police said.
Massena police were assisted by U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Customs and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations.
