OGDENSBURG -- A long-time educator from Ogdensburg recently published a children's Christmas book.
Becky Duprey taught at Heuvelton Central School for 9 years and then at SUNY Potsdam for 21 years. Hallie Boyer is the illustrator of the book. She is also an Ogdensburg native and now resides in Potsdam.
The story is about two elves, Asha and Donato who are given the task of checking on children in hopes of moving them from the naughty list to the nice list. But Asha cannot tie her shoes and this leads to quite the adventure.
