EDWARDS – Two fundraisers are planned to help the family of two-year-old Zander Lewis with travel and medical expenses for his weekly leukemia treatment in Syracuse.
A motorcycle and classic car ride is planned for June 22. Registration is $10 and will be at 10 a.m. at the Last Lap in Edwards. Riders and drivers will travel from there to Hermon, Degrasse and Harrisville. The ride will end at the Glow in South Edwards where food and entertainment will be provided. A drawing will be held around 7 p.m.
The Tonka Tough 4 Zander benefit will be held July 20 at the Lions Field in Edwards starting at 1 p.m. This will be a family event with music for the adults to activities for the children. There will be a chicken barbecue, raffles, auctions, and t-shirts and hoodies for sale. Admission is $5.
