POTSDAM — The St. Lawrence Health Foundation presents The Great Care, Right Here Fundraising Campaign Kick-off Gala taking place Thursday, Nov. 2, at The Stables at Windy Point, 215 Sissonville Rd.

The fundraising goal for this event is $100,000 to support the priorities of the Campaign.

SLH is in the midst of a significant facility modernization, which will help sustain and expand high-level health care services in our region, say SLH officials.

The facility improvements include the construction of the St. Lawrence Health Regional Care Pavilion (RCP) at CPH, including a major expansion of the Emergency Department, single-occupancy rooms, and a new, larger OB Unit with C-section suite embedded.

In addition to the RCP construction, other campaign priorities include the establishment of a Family Medicine Rural Residency Program, and scholarships to support employees pursuing further education.

Tickets for the event are $100 each and the attire is black-tie optional.
