MADRID — Fantasy Faire 4 will be held July 29, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., in Madrid Municipal Park. There will be games, live music, vendors, entertainment, metaphysical mysteries, food and more.

Come in costume and enter our costume contest. To benefit Renewal House. Admission is a non-perishable food item or monetary donation. Hosted by the Town of Madrid and Madrid Dam Music Series.

The event, which started in 2018, was up till now held in Ives Park. This year the Town of Madrid and Madrid Dam Music Series are hosting it in the park.

Fantasy Faire is held to raise money and awareness for the Renewel House which works with women and families involved in domestic violence, and rape crisis.

The North Country Crusaders will host carnival games.

There will also be contests, entertainments, workshops, food trucks and more.

The Madd Hatter Cupcake Soiree will be at 10:30, with games, a craft, sweet treat and fun with the Madd Hatter.

Cost is $5 per child and each ticket gets placed in a drawing for a prize basket worth $75.

The Band Merryweather will join us at 11:30, Kosmic-konjurur and his assistant Mysteria will be entertaining us with their magical antics at 3 p.m., and there will be many acts of dance, music from our pirates, and more. Boma Ferra will entertain at 4 with his incredible drum and dance ensemble.

Those attending can come dressed up in their favorite costume.
