CANTON – The Canton Chamber of Commerce will once again host its annual Peter Rabbit festival this year in the Canton Pavilion.
The event is slated for Saturday, April 13 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and will feature the annual Easter Egg Hunt for children 6 and younger, games, face painting, bowling, coloring, a cake walk and other Easter-themed activities.
Children can collect up to 12 eggs, each with a prize inside, and also have a chance to win additional prizes at other activities.
The egg hunt starts promptly at noon. Egg hunters are asked to please return eggs for use again next year.
The festival, a collaborative effort between the students of the two colleges and the chamber, has been a regular Easter event for more than 20 years.
Around 300 youngsters are expected at the event.
