STOCKHOLM -- Richard Frederick and Joe Russell were named West Stockholm volunteer firefighter and emergency medical services provider of the year respectively at a recent award banquet.
Also honored at the event was Wayne Williams who has 40 years of service and Matt Tuper and Travis Smutz, who have 15 years of service.
