MASSENA — A Waddington man was charged early Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, according to state police.
Joshua M. Miller, 37, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Oct. 27, troopers said. Miller was reportedly charged with three misdemeanors: driving while intoxicated, first offense; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
He was cited and released, officers said.
