WADDINGTON — River pirates unite! Waddington’s 49th  Homecoming will be held August 1-4 with a pirate theme this year.

It will kick off earlier in the week with a Treasure Hunt for all ages, starting Monday, July 29. Pick up a map and  collect booty at participating businesses. Bring the booty to the Community Picnic to enter your name for the weekend prize drawn at the Community Picnic.

On Thursday, Aug. 1, a Pirate Teddy Bear Sleepover will be offered at the Waddington Library at 7 p.m.
