POTSDAM – St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union has made a $10,000 commitment to the North Country Children’s Museum in support of its second-floor development. 

 Officials say this expansion will feature “innovative exhibits that will engage, educate, and inspire young children throughout the area.”  

“We are thrilled to support the museum’s expansion, which will provide more opportunities for children and families to learn and connect in a creative environment.  The North Country Children’s Museum is a cornerstone for education and engagement for youth in our community,” Amber Taylor St. Lawrence FCU’s, CEO & President said.  

St. Lawrence FCU’s say the donation is aimed at fostering growth and development within the community.  

"We are incredibly grateful to St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union who have supported our Annual Appeal for years. With this generous donation, the Children's Museum's second floor expansion project capital campaign has reached the 95% funded mark. We hope to open the full second floor with new exhibits in the summer of 2025." said North Country Children’s Museum, Executive Director Sharon Vegh Williams.
