POTSDAM — Americans Supporting Armed Services a 501(c)3 recently aided a St. Lawrence County veteran family with a much needed roof repair.
ASAS organization representatives said they couldn’t have taken this task on alone and credits others for helping them in making it possible.
Seaway HoneyHoles Cornhole Tournament representatives held a tournament raising money for the cause as well as Amvets Post 265 and 282 Potsdam and Parishville.
“It was the collaboration of everyone that came together along with Merrimams Lumber in Norwood to help bring this project to a completion,” said Tamie Sauve of ASAS. “Americans Supporting Armed Services is always grateful for the support of the surrounding communities to help aid our veterans.”
