St. Lawrence County Dairy Princess Program seeks candidates; banquet April 14 in Canton

CANTON – The St. Lawrence County Dairy Princess Program is seeking energetic youth who like to engage with people and share their love and knowledge of agriculture, specifically dairy. 

All youth are welcome. You must have an interest in and have a connection to the dairy industry. The program is seeking members for the following: Princess/Prince/Royal candidates (ages 16-23), Ambassadors (ages 12-15) and Promoters (8-11). Benefits of joining the Dairy Promotion Program include gaining important resume-building skills such as public speaking, presentation skills, team building and leadership, and general public appearances.

The Dairy Princess Banquet will be held Sunday, April 14 at the Saphead Complex, 5355 County Route 27, Canton. Milk punch at noon. Lunch is catered by Fobare’s BBQ. Reservations are required.
