Sound bath

POTSDAM — Join Alisa G. Woods, PhD, LMHC, licensed psychotherapist and sound healer, with guitarist and African world-music artist Benjamin Mambou, for a one-hour New Year experience. The event is held at Trillium 42 1/2 Elm St and runs 4-5:30 p.m. and begins with a brief group EFT (tapping) practice to ease stress, followed by a live world music sound bath featuring guitar, cello, sanza, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and natural seed percussion. A short mini-concert including Benjamin’s original music will close the evening. Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket, although equipment is also available.
