CANTON -- St. Lawrence County will once again host an online real estate auction for the county's tax foreclosed real estate properties.
The auction, operated by Auctions International, will run from Saturday, September 14 through Saturday, September 28 at 10 a.m.
Over 90 residential, commercial and vacant lot properties will be up for grabs during the online only auction, including a 119 acre residential lot in Norfolk.
According to Auctions International, tax-defaulted property auctions help the county recoup lost tax revenues needed for public services and return property to a revenue generating status.
To participate, interested individuals must complete an online bidder registration packet and create an online bidding account with Auctions International.
Packets must be received by 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26 to be eligible to bid on properties. For further information and links to the full property list including detailed descriptions and photographs of each item visit www.StLawAuction.com and Auctions International at www.auctionsinternational.com.
