CANTON -- The 13th annual Ridge Thorbahn Slow-Pitch Co-Ed Tournament will be held the first weekend in Aug. 3 and 4 at the Canton Pavilion, located on Lincoln Street.  

Organizers are asking for donations to make this tournament a success. There are a couple ways to support the cause. Monetary donations to help offset the cost of hosting the tournament, product or gift certificates to be raffled off, sponsoring our team, or entering a team of your own are all options. All proceeds are donated to the Jules of Life in aid of families locally who are directly affected by cancer, and to a scholarship at Canton School in memory of Ridge.

If you choose to sponsor the Ridge Home Team, the sponsorship fee would be a non refundable $250. This donation would get your company’s name on the event banner hung during the tournament, a table at the tournament for any displays you want out, and all tournament advertisements on radio, T.V, and internet will include your sponsorship.

If you are interested in entering a team to play in the tournament the entry fee is $150 non refundable. The entry fee must be paid by the beginning of your first game. Contact Matt Hollenbaugh (315-244-5866) to enter your team.
