Meat Smoking & BBQ Workshop

CANTON -- Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County will host the Reggie Sapp Memorial Meat Smoking & BBQ Workshop at 9 a.m. at 2043B State Highway 68. Instructor Mike Morgan of Morgan’s Munchies & Catering will guide participants through smoking techniques, equipment, and trimming. Each person will trim and season pork shoulder to take home. Lunch of smoked meats and sides provided at noon, along with door prizes. Cost is $75-$120, sliding scale. Registrationrequired, limited to 12.
