To the Editor:

On July 3, 2024, I had to go to the County Clerk Office. The treatment from all staff members was far above the standard of being a true public servant.

I got all my detailed paperwork done in 5 minutes so professionally well groomed. In my eyes the leader is a true reflection of the late Mary Lou Rupp, let alone one-time county clerk and retired senator Patty Ritchie. Mrs. Sandy Santamoor, thank you so much for carrying on the tradition of your title and your mentors.

Also our true leader of our great county Ruth Doyle, her vision, mindset along with her personality is second to none. In my eyes she is why all county departments run so smoothly with cost effective measures. I know our county was in dire straits financially, morale was low, credit rate was lower. Her love for this county and professional standards with ethical practice she turned our county into a highly functional county in which oneself is starting up my family business, Doris Fashion Nook (early stages) right here in St. Lawrence County
