POTSDAM -- Lt. Kevin Lambert, Potsdam and his platoon, 1st Platoon, Cobra Company 1-8 CAV, Fort Hood, Texas recently returned safely from their duty in Afghanistan.
Lt. Lambert stopped by the Red Cross Club at Potsdam Central School to personally thank them for adopting his platoon.
He also wanted the club members to know the impact that the eighteen boxes had on the platoon when they arrived on Christmas Day.
Lt. Lambert presented the club with an American flag signed by all of the platoon members.
