POTSDAM — State police reportedly arrested a 20-year-old Potsdam man for allegedly sending pictures of his genitalia to a 15-year old victim through a social media app.
Nicholas R. Cox was charged with second-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child, officer said.
He was arraigned in Potsdam court and released on his own recognizance, police said.
An order of protection was issued.
