POTSDAM — The Potsdam Holiday Fund has received a $1,000 donation from Stewart’s Shops through the company’s Holiday Match Program, which benefits children’s organizations directly within the communities where Stewart’s Shops are located.
All the funds collected from Stewart’s customers, as well as the amount Stewart’s matches, stay in the communities that contributed to the program.
In December 2023, the Potsdam Holiday Fund provided warm winter clothing, food and gifts for 251 families, including 303 children and 187 senior citizens living in Potsdam and the surrounding communities. The communities served by the program include Potsdam, Hopkinton, Nicholville, Brasher Falls, Chase Mills, Fort Jackson, West Stockholm and Winthrop.
