And for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic, the Jan. 20 concert will be preceded by rehearsals of the ensemble.
Organizers of the Potsdam Community Band are looking for musicians who would like to re-engage with the band, or play with the group for the first time, to fill out a signup survey at

The PCB season schedule consists of rehearsals on Mondays and Thursdays January 9, 12, 16 and 19 from 7-9 pm at the Crane School of Music, and the concert Friday, January 20 at 7:30 pm at Hosmer Hall.
Any musician who plays a standard band instrument at at least a high school level and is at least 17 years of age is welcome to join PCB at no charge.
The Winter Concert of the Potsdam Community Band will be under the baton of retired Crane School of Music Professor Emeritus James Madeja.
