POTSDAM -- The Laurentian Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club (ADK) invites the public to its annual potluck picnic at Sandstoner Park on Sat., July 27. Before-picnic activities 2-5 p.m. include paddling on the Raquette River, birdwatching in the park, or come early and enjoy the beach. The Potluck Picnic begins at 5 p.m. Hotdogs, hamburgers (some vegetarian), condiments provided. Members bring sides and desserts. Sandstoner Park Pavilion 43, Pine St., Potsdam, NY 13676.
