To the Editor:

The Orchestra of Northern New York recently distributed its 2024 Report to the Community as an insert in North Country This Week. Today I wish to publicly thank Bill Shumway, Publisher, John Basham, Marketing Manager, and Cathy Whalen, Production Manager, for creating such a wonderful publication for ONNY.

They took articles in WORD and a batch of photos, added headlines that were captivating, and created a layout that is easy to read. And they did all this within a week! Their patience with our proofreading and last-minute changes was much appreciated. John Basham was an excellent agent between the production team and ONNY staff.

A special thanks to Bill Shumway, Publisher, for his generous in-kind donation and sponsorship of the report. ONNY is also grateful to Stewart’s Shops for its major sponsorship of the publication.

To all those who may be interested in spreading the word about their organization, an insert in North Country This Week is a great way to accomplish that. The expert NCTW staff is professional, courteous, and fast!
