Yes he passed the second year when it was ok to be out. If you read about virus; you will see about all of them and that the death toll is higher the second year.
If you don’t want to go online for the history, then talk to your grandparents, parents or other seniors. Over 1 million died in 2018/9, 1938/9. To those that have recovered, will it return to you and what will it be to you then?
