OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was jailed without bail following a report of a fight in progress on May 10, according to city police.
Greggory J. Carroll, 55, was charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree strangulation and second-degree attempted assault, all felonies, police said.
He was charged June 4, arraigned in city court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, officers said.
