OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged with possessing a stolen dirt bike on Monday stemming from a complaint first reported on Oct. 24, 2016, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Todd J. Tyo, 28, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, deputies said.
The bike was allegedly stolen from the Lisbon area.
A warrant was issued for Tyo and he was later arrested by Ogdensburg police, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Ogdensburg court by Judge Alford and released under the supervision of probation to appear in court at a later date.
