NORWOOD -- The Norwood Village Green Concert Series will open its 51st annual season on Thursday, May 30 with a St. Lawrence County Music Educators Association (SLCMEA) Day on the Norwood Village Green. This music education event will feature student performing groups from St. Lawrence County Schools from 4-9 p.m. The Series is supported in part by the Northern New York Community Foundation helping establish and maintain the series endowment fund. A special thank you to SLCMEA (St. Lawrence County Music Educators Association) for helping coordinate and fund this special event in our series. Public monies from the Town of Potsdam and the Village of Norwood also support the series. It is also supported in part by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and New York State Legislature.
