NORWOOD — The Norwood Beach will hold two triathlons Thursday, Aug. 1, at 5 p.m.
The adult triathlon will include a 1/4 mile swim, 1 mile kayak, followed by an 8 mile bike and 1.5 mile run. Entry cost is $15.
The youth triathlon for ages 5-10 will include a 100 yard swim, 1.5 mile bike, and .5 mile run. Entry fee is $10.
The youth triathlon event will benefit the Norwood-Norfolk Trap Team.
