POTSDAM – The sixth class graduated from the Potsdam-based Isabella Graham Hart (IGH) School of Practical Nursing during an official ceremony on Thursday, June 18, Rochester Regional health reports.
The students have earned their Practical Nurse Program Certificates. To date, five of the seven graduates have signed on with the St. Lawrence Region to provide care locally. There are currently 15 students enrolled and the next graduation will be held in June 2027.
“Congratulations to our newest cohort of Licensed Practical Nurses on this remarkable achievement,” said SLR Vice President, Chief Nursing & Patient Care Officer Christina Latta.”
“Their dedication, compassion, and perseverance have brought them to this milestone, and our communities will be stronger because of their commitment to caring for others. We are incredibly proud and look forward to the positive impact they will have on the future of healthcare."
