New York State Conservative Party endorses Duffy for Assembly

New York State Conservative Party Chair Gerard Kassar is urging Republican voters to support Susan Duffy in the 116th Assembly primary on June 28.

“Susan Duffy is the only candidate running in the Republican primary who has received the official Conservative Party endorsement,” said Kassar. “She is the anti-tax, pro law enforcement candidate who will fight one party rule in Albany.”

The New York State Conservative Party chief’s endorsement is Duffy’s second major endorsement in the past two weeks. The late Jefferson County Sheriff John Burns announced he was endorsing her just a few days before his tragic death.

“We have seen too many of our fellow New Yorkers leave our state for lower tax states,” said St. Lawrence County Conservative Party Chair Hank Ford. “This fall, we have a real chance to take back our state and end the criminal coddling, tax and spend policies that have left us with unsafe streets, empty factories and the highest taxes in the country.”

“She has shown that she will fight to bring common sense back to our state legislature,” Kassar said. “We need her. And we need Conservative Republicans to stand with us to help us take back New York State from the extremists who now dominate state government.”

“For too long, career politicians have put their own interests first ahead of the hard working taxpayers who made New York State America’s Empire State,” Kassar said. “Susan is the only candidate running who built her own successful business and understands that we need to cut wasteful spending, cut taxes and cut regulations to make New York a place where families will want to make their home and open their own businesses.”
