CANTON – Ariane A.C. Palmer, a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State, and William S. Palmer, owner/operator of Cellar 25b, have announced their ownership of 29 Main Street in Canton, formerly Josie’s Pizzeria and Sylvia’s Lounge. 

This acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the couple and the Canton community. They reside in Canton with their two children.

Ariane Palmer has established a new office location for her locally-owned real estate brokerage office, Palmer Realty. 

“The space feels like home!” Palmer said. “We cannot wait to establish ourselves in this new space.” 

Palmer has been a licensed real estate agent for almost 10 years. 

Her team, which includes two additional agents, NYS Licensed Real Estate Salespersons - Lindsey Frazer and Kari Hazelton, all of whom are local residents, are committed to serving St. Lawrence County. 

William S. Palmer is excited to offer St. Lawrence County residents a new bourbon bar named Cellar 25b. The bar will be located at 25b Main Street in Canton, in the basement of 29 Main Street. The bar will offer a wide selection of bourbons, craft drinks, wine, beer, and draft beer. A unique focus of the bar will be locally sourced spirits and brews. 

The opening date will be announced in the near future.
