OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg resident faces several charges following a motorcycle accident on New York Avenue July 20, according to state police.
Elliot. D. Roberts, 21, was cited for unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and improper plates, officers said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
