CANTON – Michigan’s The Macpodz, a rock band without a guitar, are touring in support of their new EP, single and 3-D video, “The Truth," and will play a free show at the Java Bean, 23 Romoda Dr., St. Lawrence University, Thursday, Sept. 22.
Doors open at 8 p.m. and the show starts at 9 p.m.
The band, which plays an original, high-energy recipe of American traditions and world grooves they call disco bebop, is quickly breaking out of it's Midwestern roots with extensive touring and critical acclaim.
