MASSENA -- An award that is reserved for GM dealers who have achieved unsurpassed performance and customer satisfaction, was bestowed upon Frenchie's Chevrolet and President Real "Frenchie" Coupal on Wednesday, April 11.
"I couldn't be more proud of my team here at Frenchie's," commented Frenchie. "This award shows that hard work and commitment is recognized in so many ways. "Frenchie" went on to say that the Mark Of Excellence award is the combination of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index Figures) sales and training.
The award was presented by Chevrolet Motor Division's Central New York and Vermont Zone Manager Joel Sassa and General Motors Regional Sales Representative Laura Hopewell.
"This is one of the highest awards that is presented throughout
the year to a dealership by General Motors," commented Hopewell,
"We are very proud of Frenchie and his staff on a job well done".
