MASSENA -- A Massena man has been charged with assault following an August 19 arrest.
Police say Haig "Ike" A. Bogosian, 39, was charged with three counts of third-degree assault stemming from three separate incidents.
According to court documents, Bogosian allegedly struck the victim with a closed fist multiple times in the chest, side and face on Aug. 13.
The victim was left with pain in their jaw and a bruise, documents state.
Bogosian allegedly committed another assault on Jan. 1, 2024 against the same victim, pulling the victim off of a couch, causing the victim to strike their head on the floor, documents state.
He then allegedly stuck the victim with a closed fist in the back and threw a Yeti cup cooler at the victim, documents state.
A third incident occurred on Dec. 20, 2023, during which Bogosian is alleged to have grabbed the same victim by the arms, throwing them to the ground, which caused substantial bruising to the victim's right arm, documents state.
He was arraigned in Town of Massena Court and released to appear at a later date.
