BRASHER — A Massena man was charged with impaired driving following investigation of a personal-injury accident Jan. 3, according to state police.
Ted C. Krywanczyk, 53, was charged Feb. 24 with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, officers said.
He was charged at 5 p.m. and released on an appearance ticket, police said.
