NORWOOD – Devin Love, a student at Massena Central School and Seaway Career & Technical Education Center, has been named the Potsdam Rotary Club Student of the Month for February.
Devin is in the New Visions Medical Careers Program. He is the child of Wayne and Amanda Love.
As a student in the New Visions Medical Careers Program, Devin is currently learning about human biology and disease, anatomy and physiology, medical terminology and lab practices involving scientific methods including experiments and dissections. Devin also has the opportunity to explore different health careers related to healthcare through research, project based learning and experiential learning through job shadow.
Devin plans to attend SUNY Cobleskill for Animal Science with the goal of becoming a veterinarian in the future.
