MASSENA -- The Yellow Jacket Connection Event at Madrid-Waddington Central School recenly got a $250 boost.
The Yellow Jacket Connection Event "was established to bring the community and school together, in an effort to assist students in need throughout the school year," a news release said.
The funds will be used to help purchase back to school necessities, including backpacks, school supplies, and clothing.
The cash came from Seacomm.
