LOUISVILLE – The annual Louisville Summer Bash will be June 21, 22 and 23, in conjunction with the 123rd NNY Firemen’s Convention.
Events begin Friday, June 21 at 6 p.m. with a Lion’s Club ice cream social, duck race and cruz-in at the Louisville Fire Station #1 at the corner of Thompson Ridge Road.
Events on Saturday get started with a parade and mud run at 9 a.m. A field day with live entertainment, free games and radio for kids will be held during the day.
Chicken barbecue will be ready at 11 a.m.
There will be a rib cook-off at 3 p.m.
Beer and wine will be served.
A fireman’s combat challenge will be held at 2 p.m. following fireman’s water ball at noon.
Fireworks will be launched at dusk.
Sunday events start with a church service at 9:15 a.m. at the Louisville Community Church. The community picnic will be at noon and the NNY Lawnmower’s Association Races will be held at 3. Admission is free.
Proceeds from Summer Bash benefit the Bash committee, Louisville Boy Scouts, Helping Hands, Lions Club, local vendors and the Massena Rod and Gun Club.
