Get ready, dog lovers — Strut Your Mutt is right around the corner!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 3, 2025, with festivities kicking off at 9:30 a.m. at Pine Street Arena, Potsdam.

The 1.5-mile walk welcomes participants of all ages and abilities.

Want to join the walk? A minimum of $25 in pledges is required to participate.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

This beloved annual event is more than just a walk — it’s a full-blown celebration of pets, community, and compassion.

A local craft sale will be held from 9 a.m . to 3 p.m. with over 70 unique vendors.

Clarkson Garden will also be on hand with a plant sale 9 a.m. until all are sold.

There will be a huge basket raffle, along with food trucks, and of course, plenty of adorable dogs. 

There’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Last year’s event was a huge success, and we’re expecting an even bigger turnout this year!

And this year, there’s another way to make an impact — we’ll be kicking off our biannual Shoe Drive at the event!

Bring your gently used shoes to donate and help us raise funds for the shelter while keeping shoes out of landfills. Every pair counts!
